AKBAR ALI IS VERY AND santia both of them are very friendly and carrying good attitude, frequently I visited this branch for my kid and wife as well myself Mr Akbar Ali is very helpful for everyone I noticed keep it up, santia I saw her first time in reception, she is proving amazing service with beautiful smiles. These people hold your company flag high always. Thank you for keeping these types of people.
Few weeks ago I had a consultation and I was happy with initial diagnosis. As part of the check up, I have given blood samples, and other samples to narrow down the root cause. Post tests results (within 3 days) the clinic didn't call me to discuss the report results and continuation on the prescribed medicines. However, when I had raised a call back request (3 times) to understand the diagnostic report and the prescription usage in accordance with test report; I received zero response. Finally, I got a call from the doc's nurse to hear that 'doc is not available' and I can come over to followup if required. Since, there is no clear details on how to use one of the creams, I called the clinic's pharmacy to check that. Instead of consulting with the doc of the same, the pharmacist simply misguided me. Today I had follow up visit and I came to know that one of the medicines I've been using is incorrect. Fortunately that medicine was topical treatment and no harm; what if it is an oral consumption? Overall, Aster Call Back Request Team, Doc's Nurse and Clinic's Pharmacist didn't do the job properly and ate the patient's time for nothing. I'm totally disappointed with this approach and I'm not going again.
