I found Jeffrey's attitude, who sits at the reception, very unprofessional towards customers. He gave me lies from the moment I entered the clinic. nAppointment starts at 8:30 am and I took the appointment through app, but reached at 8:48. There were three walk-ins by then, and I saw a lady who came after me but went to see the doctor before me. Didn't understand why?nnWhen asked why the token numbers are not appearing on the screen at 8:48 am, Jeffrey replied that is coz all the patients are waiting for the doctor so token number would not show up, but 9 am onwards, the screen was up and running with all the token numbers, so a big lie by the customer counter. nOverall, taking an appointment through the app is a joke. I would not recommend it. I waited for an hour to see the doctor anyways, even though I had just three patients before me. nThe customer service staff over there, thinks customers have all the time in the world to wait for them, so they can finish all their pending jobs after which customers will be catered to. nVery bad attitude towards customers. nAster's quality is going down day by day. They don't have customer-friendly staff anymore. I don't enjoy going to Aster but just coz this one is near my house so during emergency I land up there. nThe attitude of staff is like as if they are working in some government hospital. No value for customer's time.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. Doctors are very professional, takes time to listen to the concerns and explains everything clearly. The clinic is well equipped and clean.
I visited this centre and had a good experience with the staff here as well as nurses. I met Dr. Trishala badolia for my issues and she informed me about my condition and what all measures i should take to improve my health. She not only diagnosed my issue correctly she was able to guide me as well. I am super happy with overall experience.
