Dr. Shyam Anil Pai, I visited him for daughter's ear pain. He was incredibly sweet, caring, and attentive. He took time to listen to her concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure she felt comfortable. His professionalism and kindness made the experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended!

Been to Aster days ago to ask and inquire regarding availability and coverage of the plan Im so Glad that Mr. Edmond answered my questions very well together with his politeness and friendly approach. Of course Including the environment and other staffs as well very accommodating. Thumbs up!

I have been visiting Aster Clinic Al Nahda for more than 10 years and I can say I highly recommend them. The staff are polite and very helpful. In my recent visit I was assisted by Edmund who is very efficient and with smile on his face. I feel safe with Aster.

I have taken appointment today at 8 am and there is no one at the reception or elsewhere. Why would the customer service representative when we call for appointments tell that the doctor is available at 8 AM when not one single person has come to work?nnThis is not the first time I am experiencing this with aster clinics. Muwailah, King Faisal and now this one in dubai. What a shame ! To have your work start off at 8 and patients have come and waiting and work has not begun ? !nnLooks like some patients are handpicked and made to write good reviews ..nnThe receptionist got me in done by 8;20 Am and told me that the doctor comes only by 8:30 and byMistake the slot got booked at 8!nnIt’s 8:45 and till now the doctor has not arrived ! People kept going to reception asking where is Doctor .. she’s not reached is the nurse’s responsennThere are so many patients waiting .. and in the reception there is only one staff.. who for obvious reasons taking a lot of time. … when there are patients it’s common sense to have at least two staffs slotted. What’s the point of having many seats and having just one receptionist ?nnUpdate at 12:28- my question to customer service representatives who answers the calls .. that person told me that the doctor is available at 8 am which is why I came to the clinic way before 8 am .. then 45 mins I had to wait for the doctor to show up. If you guys are telling a time it’s important that you maintain it ..instead of hat you are calling your employee who is pregnant and making it difficult for her ? Shame on your team… only because there is no choice we patients end up coming to your services …

We have visited this Clinic several times and consistently had satisfactory experiences. The Pediatrician, Dentist, and General Physician are all competent and provide appropriate prescriptions. The clinic offers good service, and the wait times are also minimal.nAlways take appointment because for walking , there would be wait time.Although there is no parking available on-site, there are plenty of paid parking options in front of the clinic.
