The worst ever experience i had from a clinic in UAE. We didn't go for begging. The way Mr. ------ (front desk) treated was very bad. If any higher authority seeing this, please try to give some initial training to your staff that how to treat the people. nI usually consult Prime and this was the first time with aster and this will be the last time too.

I faced very worse service from Aster Clinic Al Muteena today. Morning 9:40 my appointment for blood report consultation. As per their message, 2 patients waiting. But more than 10 patients done still they not call my token number. Now time 10:35. Nearly 1 hour no update, even did inquiry no one give clear information. Recently Aster not same as before. I am 18 years Moopen Clinic patient.

Really nice facility and great attendants helping at the front desks. Went for Laser Treatment, Aafreen is the best! Very knowledgeable and professional, she knows what she is doing and makes the process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend you go see her if looking for laser hair removal.

The worst clinic I've ever visited. Everything takes long time, and they never answer the phone. I had to come into the clinic just to ask them if my scan is ready or not. It took me a full week just to get a scan done, and another 10 days to start physiotherapy. What's the point of a clinic if nothing can be done urgently?nI do not recommend it.
