He was extremely professional and gentle -- I hardly felt the needle at all! His light-handed technique made the whole process smooth and pain-free. Thank you for the excellent care!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with Dr. Sunil Mathew at your Aster Clinic in Al Muteena. nDuring my visit, I was extremely disappointed by Dr. Mathew's rude and unprofessional behavior. He spoke in a very harsh and dismissive manner, without using any soft or respectful words. His tone and approach were aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a patient.. nAs a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and compassion, regardless of the situation. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and emotionally distressed. nI request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter. Patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard when seeking medical care. I hope this issue will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future.

The worst clinic I've ever visited. Everything takes long time, and they never answer the phone. I had to come into the clinic just to ask them if my scan is ready or not. It took me a full week just to get a scan done, and another 10 days to start physiotherapy. What's the point of a clinic if nothing can be done urgently?nI do not recommend it.
