BP machine in room no 17 is wrong. My first reading was 108 - 63, upon repeating the reading changed to 149-96. Nurses in that room were not admitting the mistakennApart from that Doctor Devendra Pankaj is very good and all others are ok

I had an appointment and arrived well before time. Despite taking the token and waiting patiently, we saw several walk-in patients being sent in ahead of us. Our token number never showed up. When we went to the counter to check, the staff member (Supriya Pillai) was rude and dismissive. She simply said the doctor is calling patients directly -- which completely defeats the purpose of taking a token or having an appointment in the first place. nIt was frustrating and unfair, especially when we had done everything right -- arriving on time, following the process. There was no transparency or communication, and certainly no courtesy from the staff. nVery poorly managed and unprofessional.
