I recently visited this clinic and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the doctor was excellent--very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel well taken care of. However, the administration was extremely poor and needs serious improvement. nDespite having a prior appointment, I had to wait 25 minutes at the reception just to get a token. The reception desk was clearly understaffed, with the same person juggling token distribution, cash handling, and answering enquiries. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. nThe clinic seriously needs to improve its front desk operations. With such a good doctor, it's disappointing that the first point of contact--the reception--is so inefficient. A better staffing plan and clearer process flow would make a huge difference. Very, very poor administrative experience.
