Talk about a disorganized clinic where you wait for 20 minutes for someone to come n take vitals for over 15 people. We were all there waiting for the nurse who keeps rounding the whole clinic. Late a lone that someone comes in with appointment n u keep them waiting with a token that she has to wait with walk in patients. Stop joking with our lives and time by keeping one receptionist at the counter with one thousand responsibilities, taking calls , billing, replying to doctors etc u waste our time people. Your staff are very unprofessional, just let them stop shouting on top of their voices calling their colleagues , this place sounds like one Indian market. Save our ears please let ur staff speak some English even doctors. She is talking to you and same time talking about you to her assistant and they are laughing. I. Short they forget about you the patient as they gossip and end up not explaining ur situation properly. Aster check your staff otherwise there is a bunch of unprofessional people here. Am disappointed
