Very bad experience. I visited for my right hand elbow pain & they wasted my 4 hours only for a mistake because they are mentioned & get approval from insurance left hand elbow the xry guys Cant do the xry because it was wrong mentioned they took long time to make it correction.
For consultation I waited 2Hrs 30mins. Highly not recommend on holiday consultation.nnFor Registration it's self took more than 30mins. Irresponsible staff.nn2hrs 30mins I spend on Emergency consultation, that's the main jok.
Mahesh Ramesh was very great with assisting and explaining to me about the insurance approval and it took less time. Am happy. Very happy.The doctors are very nice. First time in UAE I didn't have to struggle to get medical attention.

It was, without a doubt, the worst clinic experience I have ever had.nnUnnecessary Wait: Upon arrival, I was subjected to a wait of over 30 minutes simply at the counter before even being seen by a medical professional. This is completely unacceptable, especially for someone seeking first-aid support.nnLack of Essential Care: To make matters worse, when I explained the situation – a minor road slip requiring tetanus injection for my patient who was in significant pain – I was informed that the clinic could not provide the necessary treatment. This is a basic medical service, and the clinic's inability to offer it is a major failing.nnUnprofessionalism: The entire experience reeked of unprofessionalism. The wait times were excessive, and the lack of essential care options was deeply concerning.nnAppeal for Action: I urge the Dubai Health Department to investigate this clinic and take appropriate action to ensure they are meeting proper standards of care. No patient should have to endure such an ordeal, especially when seeking basic medical attention.nnI would strongly advise anyone considering Aster Clinic to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs.
