Dr Suprabha was very professional and friendly. I was a bit anxious about removing the dust particle that was stuck in my cornea. She made Me feel so relaxed and removed IT within a short period. Being someone who gets easily anxious around hospitals, Shams Al Ahalia Medical Center is indeed an exception.

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Geetha Thampuran at 8.00 P.M today. We reached the clinic after a tiring day at work only to wait for another 1.20 hours to reach our turn to meet with doctor. After getting into the doctors room for our appointment she apologised that it's been a busy day and that there is another patient waiting in pain.nnI asked the doctor if that is the scenario why don't they inform the waiting patients there is a wait period so that if we have something else to be done, we can get that done and come back for the appointment.nnWe have been visiting this particular doctor for the past 12 years at her previous work place and this in particular is the worst experience.nnThis has pushed me to look for alternate options because even though the doctor is good, the facility is not good enough to manage the appointments.nnThe doctor stated that she is passing information to the reception of delays however it's not being properly communicated to the waiting appointment patients.nnThe hospital needs to either abolish the appointment system and only keep first come first serve basis or else properly maitain the appointment and do not entertain walk ins.

I have been bringing my baby for regular check-ups and vaccinations at Apollo clinic Karama, and the service has been excellent. The doctor is very knowledgeable, and all the employees are consistently polite and helpful. And even covered most of the insurance, Definitely recommend for friends
