I've had IT band issues for years, restricting my ability to run 10k or more. Neile's gait analysis and exercises helped me tremendously. Using the exercises he provided and his tips re: change in gait, I'm now able to run longer distances without the issues of the past (on most days). The needling also helped a great deal.
