I had an awesome experience at Amtek Medical Centre. I went in for root canal treatment, and from the second I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The doctors were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They explained the whole RCT process to me before starting and made sure I understood all my options. The procedure itself was great. I highly recommend amtek medical centre if you're looking for affordable, high-quality dental care. I'll definitely be back for my next check-up.

I underwent orthodontic treatment at this clinic from November 2023 to May 2025, and my experience raised serious concerns:nnNo X-rays were taken before or during the entire treatment. nI was never informed of the treating doctor's full name or credentials. nAfter 17 months, the treatment did not succeed -- instead, it resulted in damage to my lower teeth gum and bone, confirmed by other specialists. nI later discovered that the doctor who treated me was not a licensed orthodontist. nThe clinic initially refused to give me my medical records, and only released them after I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health (MOH). nI was then told that the doctor and previous management had left, and no one could confirm who had treated me -- despite the treatment taking place under their license for over a year and a half. nAlso, be aware of the false and fake reviews they have here. nThe funny thing is after I posted this review they immediately faked more positive reviews here to compensate for the 1 star. nThe clinic until now never answers my calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. They still refuse to provide me with the name and the credentials of the unlicensed orthodontist. I will pursue them through MOH and everywhere to make sure that they will not waste years of people's time only to give them failed treatments done by unlicensed doctors. I am attaching some screenshots here for you to think a million times before you consider approaching this place. Also, I will update this review with more details and photos later.

I did my lab test and received the results immediately, which was super convenient. The doctor was very cooperative and helpful throughout the process. Also, the nurse was excellent she took my blood so smoothly I barely felt a thing. Great experience overall
