  They closed the dermatology without notifying booked customers. I had fully paid packages and went twice to get a refund. I also called multiple times, but they have been ignoring my calls. Unfortunately, I still haven't been refunded after several months

  There are no staff or doctors during working hours! The appointment was at 10:15 and upon arriving, no staff or doctors there, only the cleaner boy and he was not hygenic as well telling us he needs referral and asking for the EID !!!!!! This is the second time this happened, what a terrible management and customer service !

  Their customer service is appalling, they closed the dermatology department without notifying booked customers. On January I had an appointment and I didn't receive confirmation message so I called the center and they claimed the physician was on leave until March. After requesting a refund for the service I have paid for, they kept avoiding me and ignoring my calls, I went to the center and unfortunately they made me sit and wait for the so called manager who never showed up. I eventually reported them to consumer protection. As someone works in the healthcare business It's disappointing when businesses don't prioritize customer care, they lose their credibility.

  I regret to say that im quite disappointed about not having the opportunity to receive check up and good service at your clinic. I had high expectation but unfortunately this did not happened. I understand that there may have been unforseen circumstances but i believe its important to communicate these situation to patients. I look forward to improved service in the future and especially the guy in the receptionist. Thank you

  This medical center used to be a well established one. The management invested so much in improving the internal decorations but paid little attention to its staff or patients. I went to another medical center on a visitor visa, and everything went smooth. But here, multiple staff members were looking at me as if I'm coming from another planet, just because I'm on a visitor visa! Dr. Kamal Aref failed to attend his appointment at 12noon so I had to leave eventually after 45 minutes waiting. Avoid this center until they the management gives more attention to patients and trains staff.
