This was my third visit to the American Upright MRI Center in Dubai, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The team is incredibly efficient, with a quick turnaround in responding and securing insurance approvals. Everyone, from the radiographer and nurses to Dr. Graham himself, is exceptionally friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Very friendly staff from Siji at the reception to the kind nurse Sonia and the radiographer Sumaiya all are patient and smiling. The procedure was smooth as the scan is open to 180 degrees view. Tom and Jerry kept me occupied. Huge relief from the routine MRI.

I had a superb experience with them as the staff all treated me with utmost care and sincerity. They made sure that I was all the time comfortable that I felt I was treated to a 5 star hotel. Great work and definitely the best choice.

Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. After waiting days to hear back for an emergency MRI due to trauma to my back, this clinic replied saying u201cit is not worth their time, it won't even cover their electricity billu201d when agreed prior and making me wait for days that they take the insurance I had sent previously and they wanted cash rather than insurance approval for their own convenience. nAbsolute rip offs and selfish! Not to mention they were rude.
I have claustrophobia and struggle with panic attacks even thinking about an MRI. Recently I was told I needed a brain MRI and for me this would normally mean needing full anaesthesia to get through the process. The usual panic set in as I contemplated what I needed to do. nResearching online I came across the American Upright MRI centre in Dubai and my problems were solved. From initial enquiry to completing my scan the experience was excellent. Dr Graham and his team were professional and caring and did everything possible to set me at ease and make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. nThe scan took 1 hour with contrast and I was able to watch TV to distract myself whilst the scan was being done. nHaving an MRI is never going to be a pleasant experience, but I was so happy that I made the decision to have the scan done in the upright MRI. It was easily the simplest MRI process I have gone through. nI highly recommend this centre for anyone who struggles with completing an MRI - not only is the process so much easier than the alternative options, but the care and compassion of the medical team there made all the difference.
