I've been going to this branch for almost a year and visited multiple departments, glad to share the service, dedication of the doctors are well pronounced and they make great efforts to re-educate and inform patients whilst providing long term solutions. Special shout out to the nurses Chris Natalia and Sheila for their awesome care, especially Chris. I always come banged up and Chris always patches me back into good shape especially when I had influenza. My heart goes out to the team.

I recently had my first Iron IV at the clinic in Nad Sheba , and I was quite nervous about it. Chris attended to me with such kindness and professionalism. He took everything step by step, explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout. His calm demeanor and patience truly eased my worries, and I felt well cared for. Thank you, Chris, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

I am so disappointed, I couldn't even make it to the clinic. My dental appointment has been totally mismanaged and they wasted my time. nI scheduled an appointment on Sunday, for next day, Monday morning. I was called later to reschedule, saying the preapproval request for the procedure wouldn't be approved by then. Ok, let's reschedule for Wednesday morning. nI was called on Tuesday afternoon, again confirming my details because they haven't raised the preapproval request yet! Nobody raised a single request since Sunday to the insurance company. nThe insurance company confirmed that there is NO need to raise preapproval at all. I informed the clinic, hoping I could make it on time for my appointment but the clinic but they refused.
I highly recommend this orthopedic clinic. Dr. Sameh is an exceptional physician with a wonderful bedside manner. He clearly explained my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt very comfortable and well-cared for during my visits. He is truly one of the best doctors I've encountered.
