Great physicians in Dental, but awful booking and waiting experience. Came for appointment at 12:30, and waited for 40+ minutes. No one bothered to tell me that there is another patient, until I started asking the staff what’s going on. Definitely didn’t intend to just waste up to 1 hour of my weekend time because of the poor bookings management by the clinic.
My appointment was at 1:30PM. I arrive at 1:32PM and check in. They tell me to wait and that the nurse will call me. Few minutes later, 2 patients walk in and the doctor sees them first. I asked when will I be called? They tell me after the 2 patients even though their appointment starts at 2:30PM. The doctor asked them in because I was few minutes late, even though I came first and I am waiting outside. Very lovely way to deal with patients. Well done.
The best clinic in Dubai, all examinations are carried out very quickly and efficiently. Attentive staff of the reception area and doctors.
