The reception service was bad, the receptionist was very bad at handling and managing and she had a very bad attitude. Usually, when someone comes and says we have an appointment they greet them nicely she made everyone wait as she was dealing with some people that were filling in applications at the front desk, i never saw this happen before. She could have kindly asked the family to fill it seated and not blocking the rest of the clients that came. Her attitude was so bad. Please teach her how to deal and handle clients she needs more practice in management.";.

I wanna thank Dr Paolo for his excellent management for my medical condition. He is very professional, supportive and highly knowledgeable, He is the best orthopedic surgeon. Every visit to the American Hospital Jumeirah Clinic is a warm and welcoming experience. The reception staff is accommodating, the nurses are reassuring, and the doctors are attentive and highly professional.
