Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, the issue remains unaddressed, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the hospital's service and professionalism. nThe situation began when I was asked to pay for a medical tool, even though my insurance policy covered this expense. Trusting the hospital's advice, I complied and made the payment. However, upon confirming with my insurance provider, it became clear that the payment was unnecessary as the cost was already covered. nSince then, I have contacted the hospital numerous times to request a refund, but my efforts have been ignored. I reached out to the Emergency Department, the Billing Office, and the Patient Relationship Department, but none of these channels have provided any meaningful assistance. Each interaction has only led to further frustration due to their lack of accountability and responsiveness. nThis experience has been incredibly disappointing, as I expected a reputable institution like American Hospital Dubai to handle such matters with efficiency and integrity. The failure to address my valid concern not only reflects poorly on the hospital's customer service but also raises questions about its commitment to patient care and fairness. nI kindly request an immediate review of this matter and a prompt refund of the amount I paid. I also expect an explanation for the delays and a commitment to improving the hospital's processes to prevent such issues from happening again.

Fantastic visit with Dr. Ruba MasafehnShe is extremely pleasant and makes you feel at ease from thr moment you enter the room. She asked many questions with care to understand my needs, listened to my concerns and advised me accordingly. I feel relieved. nAdditionally Nurse Mary Louise was also very caring when she took blood sample and guided me through the process patiently. nOverall amazing service and professional support from all the staff I encountered today.
