I visited the Blood Collection unit a few days ago, and was pleasantly surprised because the ambiance has changed. Previously, staff were grumpy, not treating patients well. But now it's the opposite. They are extremely courteous and helpful. Jarell Castillo at reception is very thorough in making sure laboratory requests are in order. The nurse - Mona also ensures that she does her task properly. Kudos to these two, waking up & traveling early while fasting is lighten up with their warmth & smiles.

Amazing hospital .staff are really professional and accommodating. My baby and I was looked after with the best care during our time in the NICU .best neonatal care provided for premies. Nurse Mary Anne ,Marianne ,Angelica,Sara and Iman and few others that I can't recall the names were the best at taking care of my baby and me as a first time mom all the help was provided to me .

BEST hospital in Dubai!!! I travelled to do Rhinoplasty Surgery with Dr. Basel Aldebs and I was fascinated by the professionalism of every staff and departments. Starting with Dr. Basel Aldebs and his nurse Melanie which I considered him as Number One ENT Dr. with very good prices!!nThen the nurses, admission office especially Ms. Fatima which was highly cooperative. Anesthesia Department including all the doctors and staffs. The wide, clean and beautiful rooms for the patients. Literally as a 5-star hotel, there is even a screen which includes all your upcoming appointments, medicines, and everything!nThe service speed!nI could not express my gratitude more for everything. It was really worth the effort!
I recently visited the Pediatric Emergency Department at American Hospital Dubai for my daughter, and I must say, the experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and efficient. nA special mention to Nurse Sukaina and her colleague, who were incredibly gentle and caring. She managed to insert the cannula on the first attempt without causing my daughter any discomfort. The pediatrician on duty was also very thoroug and attentive. nThe facility itself was clean and well-organized, creating a calm and reassuring environment for both kids and parents.
