Dr. Maryam Abdollah was of great help too, it's exceptionally rare to find someone that allows you to be involved in your interventions. I was very hesitant and anxious to go to a psychiatrist after my first time which I didn't continue but the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology and especially Dr Hanan Abohamer really made me feel comfortable and relieved after one session! She truly and genuinely shows you that she cares about your well being and mental health growth journey! I really recommend trying a session with her if you ever feel low or anxious, it's very helpful to put equal priority to your Mental health just like your physical health!
