Dr. Haitham Shababek is one of the best psychiatrists I've ever met. He's incredibly understanding, intelligent, and truly supportive. He helped me so much during a time when I really needed guidance and clarity. His approach is calm, respectful, and insightful -- he explains things in a way that makes you feel seen and understood. Thanks to him, I've made real progress and feel more in control of my well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine psychological support.
Whereas the level of clinical service and expertise offered was very good at the Abu Dhabi Clinic. (My son had an appointment at the clinic). My concern and annoyance stem from that fact that the clinic has employed a valet company who seriously damaged my wife's car and have done nothing to help settle the issue. We have found that the valet company employed by the clinic is in fact not insured and so their drivers are not insured to drive any vehicle that they are in fact taking the responsiblity to park. What a shambles and totally unprofessional for what we would expect from this clinic. To date the clinic have not responded to any form of communication about the Incident and the uninsured valet company continue to operate there.
