As a first time mom, I was nervous and had so many questions, but they both made my pregnancy journey feel calm and supported. nDr. Ghazala is incredibly thorough, kind, and always takes the time to explain everything in a way I understand. She listens carefully and never makes me feel rushed. At the same time, Nurse Nirvya has been so gentle, caring, and always ready to assist with a smile. She makes me feel at ease during every visit and takes such good care of me. nTogether, they create such a positive and reassuring environment. I went for my follow-up today around 12 PM because I'm still very sick. The doctor had told me to come in after 2 days, have done my vitals checked while waiting for her to call me. After almost 3 hours of waiting, I asked the nurse how many more patients were ahead of me, only to find out that the doctor had already left. How could that happen when there were still patients on the list?nnI requested to be transferred to another doctor who could see me right away. They assisted me and told me to wait outside the room, saying I would be the next patient. After the patient inside left, I went in -- but the doctor started calling a different name. I repeated my name several times, but instead of accommodating me since I was already there, the doctor told me to go outside because he had called another patient. nWhat a system. Truly efficient. Hats off to this clinic for redefining u201cpatient care.u201d A quick shoutout to my fellow KABAYAN -- if you value your time, energy, and basic dignity, maybe skip this place. There are way cheaper clinics out there that won't waste half your day and treat you like an afterthought. Very poor management, and the attitude of the doctors and staff is unacceptable.
Amber clinic al rigga can be so frustrating to visit.Too much wait time especially at the pharmacy please they should do better. Waiting for more than 1 hour just to get medicine. nHowevever, there's a nurse i will really like to appreciate, I think her name was Shrijana (am not too sure) unlike the other ladies at the nurse's station, Shrijan was very patient and assisted me even when the other's gave an attitude. nI must say if everyone at Amber Clinic were to be like her, it will be a much better place. She chose the right profession very patient and caring u2764.
