Guys if your company is giving you amber insurance just don't accept it. Later you'll regret it. Imagine you're having severe fever and have to wait in line for hours. I took token at 9:04 for pharmacy to take medicine and i waited almost 1.5hr. The pharmacy staff is so lazy, even there is no patient they're just taking their time and don't care about patient time. They look more busy than doctors ud83dude21. In Pakistan, the pharmacist handles around 200 to 300 patients in this time and this amber pharmacists just handle 41 patients.

I am incredibly touched by the care and dedication Dr. Cathy Montilla showed me. Not only was she thorough and compassionate during my visit, but she went the extra mile by following up when my insurance rejected her referral to a specialist. Her persistence and genuine concern for my health made me feel truly cared for. It's rare to find a doctor who takes such personal responsibility for their patients' well-being, and I am beyond grateful for her support. nP.S. Although, their insurance counter could improve. I understand some of us have more limited policies, but they should have more experience navigating the system to help get approvals.

Nurses and staffs are okay. Worst is the waiting time.. Even if you have an appointment and comes 30 mins early, you won't finish in less than an hour. You have to stay for 2 - 3hours waiting specially in Pharmacy ud83dude14 I hope the management can do something about this. As most of the patients visiting are not feeling well.
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Mohan who has just finished my skin procedure. It was very fast and efficient. The preparation and surgery went very well. Well appreciated the way he takes care of his patient. I thought the process will take sometime but its completed for less than 10 minutes.
