For the past 2 years my father is receiving care in Amana health care village, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive specially khawla and mustafa, making sure both patients and families feel supported. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comforting environment. Communication with the medical team has been clear and timely, ensuring we are well-informed about my father's treatment plan. Honestly, Sister Khawla has been following up with us since the first day my mother entered the hospital, and all our requests were answered as quickly as possible, and the interest of the doctors and nurses in the patient is amazing, and the most important thing is the meeting that takes place to find out the details of the treatment for the patient, clarify all matters about the patient with all transparency, and inform the patient’s family about the progress of the treatment.
