Excellent
The management is very bad. Narcissistic management that want to control their staff and give them no rights. They increase the working hours Iand do not listen to staff on any matter. You work in fear all the time and there is a very high workload thats non-stop without proper breaks. Question any policy and you are threatened with sacking. Many people have been sacked unjustly.
This was the worst place I have worked. The director of clinical operations (Al Ain) is a bully and intimidates staff. She should not be In this role as she is unprofessional because she threatens you if you are unhappy or want to switch roles or transfer out. At times I felt horrendous and did not want to work there. Her door is not open as she claims. Everyone is scared of this woman.
Only intetested in money. Treat staff like dirt, abuse of staff is tolerated. Try to leave and you are threatened. Western Nurses, avoid this place, they do not have a Clinical focus, you will be looking after up to 3 ICU type patients by yourself. Not even allowed to sit down.
