Your expertise and reassurance meant a lot during my time at the hospital. I would also like to appreciate the cleaners, food service staff, and the entire support team. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities provided were excellent—creating a peaceful and positive environment for recovery. The management and whole team have created a truly exceptional healthcare facility in Dibba. Thank you all for your humanity, care, and fantastic service. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Eyad Moawia Kelany for his dedication and exceptional care. I arrived at the hospital around 7:00 PM after my consultation approval was processed through insurance. I was informed that I could already see the orthopedic doctor that same day. When I reached the reception, I was told that Dr. Eyad already had 7 patients in queue and had been working since 9:00 AM. Initially, they were hesitant to accept me because it was already late. However, after explaining that I was advised to come that day, they accommodated me. I was finally seen at around 10:00 PM. What truly impressed me was Dr. Eyad’s energy, professionalism, and genuine care despite his very long day. I later found out that he had consulted around 40 patients that day. Even so, he carefully examined me, explained everything clearly, and sincerely helped me, even considering the cost of treatment. It is rare to meet a doctor who gives full attention to each patient regardless of the time and workload. I am extremely satisfied and truly grateful. Highly recommended.
