Mushrif Gardens Compound has a great location in the city. If you have children in BSAK it’s literally 7 min to school. Neighbours are usually nice but sometimes parking around carelessly. There’s a community centre where there are amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. There’s no playground for the kids.
The location and villa is nice but the inner roads are very narrowed If a strangers parks in your private parking you will be in the middle of the road no where to move, very slow action from the security to kick them out.
Mushrif Gardens is a residential development located on Abu Dhabi Island between Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and 26th Street close to the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club. Nonetheless, the rents for villas usually start at AED 180,000, 4-bedroom rental villas in Mushrif Garden especially have prices starting at around AED 200,000
Transformation of an old parking lot into a very attractive place to visit alone and or with the family. Few food ventures where opened and has very good response from the neighborhood and the student who are close to the Park.
