Mushrif Gardens Compound has a great location in the city. If you have children in BSAK it's literally 7 min to school. Neighbours are usually nice but sometimes parking around carelessly. There's a community centre where there are amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. There's no playground for the kids.

The location and villa is nice but the inner roads are very narrowed If a strangers parks in your private parking you will be in the middle of the road no where to move, very slow action from the security to kick them out.

Transformation of an old parking lot into a very attractive place to visit alone and or with the family. Few food ventures where opened and has very good response from the neighborhood and the student who are close to the Park.
Shop in Centre, gym, clean swimming pool, basketball court, friendly security and community, housing is spacious, lots of pathways to walk along, many natural aesthetics.
