I had been having real problems with my neck and back during training for over a year. I first had gone to the hospital but unfortunately they were not able to help. I decided to come to Align, Konstantinos came highly recommended by a friend. Konstantinos was incredibly knowledgeable and helped by talking me through all that he was doing. From the first session, I noticed immense improvements in the pain and mobility. Each session after that it just kept getting better and Konstantinos gave many recommendations for me to do at home/in the gym to keep the progress going! On top of that, Konstantinos is a very friendly and good guy, he made the whole experience enjoyable. Couldn't recommend Align and Konstantinos enough!

Not only a professional therapist but also he manages to be very interactive with the patient which in turn yielded faster and better results .
