I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this clinic. Dr. Siddeqa's behavior was shocking and unprofessional. nDespite me speaking calmly, she responded with shouting and escalated the situation unnecessarily. What concerned me the most was how my friend, who had just undergone nose surgery a month ago, was physically pulled into the room, which I believe posed a risk to her safety and recovery. nWhen we raised these serious concerns, the management was unresponsive and dismissing the issue. The lack of proper camera coverage in the room made it difficult to clarify what happened. This left us feeling unheard, unsupported, and questioning the professionalism of the clinic. nIf you are seeking respectful and competent care, I strongly suggest considering other clinics that prioritize patient safety and professional conduct.
