I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nurse Rogeline, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment she walked in, her warmth and professionalism made me feel comfortable and cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood my treatment, and her attentiveness to my needs was amazing. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Nurse Rogeline is the best, and I'm so grateful for all her help. She's a true asset to the team!

I've visited yesterday and didnt notice that i left my gold necklace at the xray room until before bedtime. my mistake. I've tried reaching out the next day and a local lady assisted me over the phone to check with the branch and confirmed they have found my necklace. nI wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to SEHA al wahda mall specially to the local lady , ahmad at the reception and most specially to danica at the Xray room for your incredible kindness and diligence in finding my gold necklace. Very slow. Hundreds of people are waiting, only one person to verify documents, only one person to collect payment. No available seat for people, and everyone is scattered outside the screening center. Not at all organized.

The process was efficient; however, professionalism could be improved if the staff maintained a clear boundary between their duties and their personal or political views while refraining from unnecessary questions. This issue occurs frequently. Specifically:nn1.tRegarding Female Patients - While asking about the last menstrual period is a standard part of assessing pregnancy status, inquiring about marital status and then questioning it further with a u201cwhy?u201d feels intrusive and unnecessary. Can you provide a safe space where we can keep our personal lives private? Why must we justify our past, including failed marriages?nn2.tPolitical Views - The staff member openly discuss her personal political opinions (particularly the topic about Philippines), seemingly to gain sympathy, even though it has no relevance to the appointment. Can we at least have a safe space in this country - somewhere we can breathe without being subjected to political debates in a healthcare setting????nn3.tPersonal Opinions on Healthcare - How can we trust a government healthcare facility when its own staff claims that a pandemic was fabricated and that everything can be manipulated?nnI hope this issue is addressed not just by this facility but by all healthcare centers, reinforcing the importance of professionalism and respect in patient interactions.
