One of Al Shifa Medical Specialist Clinic's patient, Sidra khan said "One of the most worst experience ever.nReceptionist ,whose name is Siddique was so unprofessional and uncourteas.nI have been calling the clinic for 2 days and asked them for Appointment,they kept on saying you may come as Walk-in by morning by 9 am onwards,I reached here by 10am and the Dr.I want to meet is not yet reached the clinic,I have been waiting for 30 minutes for just Dr. to arrive.nThey not at all have clear information or at all communication skills.nWhen I inquired about my insurance they staright away said its not accepted,when I requested to check they said the system is down,we have license problem.I further asked to prvide me with some options then,they simply said pay in full and do cash payment.nWhen I tried calling to Office Manager to escaltae the issue,turns out he is not in the office so I called him on his number and he is equally unhelpful and not courteas at all.nI have been so regretful that I chose this clinic,my mom who is Diabetic had to sit and suffer alot as well because of their unskilled staff.nI recommend no one to visit this clinic and avoid yourself to become Victim of worst behaviour and experience.nPoor Management and worst Receptionist.";.

One of the most worst experience ever. Receptionist ,whose name is Siddique was so unprofessional and uncourteas. No star if there is option. Worst customer service. If u are a paid customer they will treat you as king and for insurance they act as u don't exist. The guy in the counter is only for collecting money. He will never ask you even you are paying or insurance covered, he thinks it's not his duty to ask. Request to fellow beings not even go near this clinic.

strongly not suggesting, have worst experience in dental department, after completing root treatment next 6th month again got infected, very old and bad equipment's, not a proper X-ray system!!!

We are happy with this hospital and staffs . Doctor Sagar is very good for internal medicine.
Dental doctor is very efficient and experienced.The clinic is also very affordable and the staff are also very good.
