One of the main things you look into a medical centre or hospital is customer service. Al Shifa Al Khaleeji has been good and is getting much better day by day. Last visit to the medical centre was very smooth and staff were very helpful. I have consulted the GP and Dentist and they have done my diagnosis properly.

I have been to Al shifa Al khaleej medical center in industrial area ,Sharjah .Very bad service from front receptionist Mr.Aslam and one of the nurses. They are really unprofessional and unable to communicate with.
