The center is not qualified and the doctors there have no experience. I asked for an insurance bill from the reception, and every day they promised me and did not send it, and the last thing they sent it was for the wrong amount. I recently visited Al Sham Medical Center and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable, and the receptionist greeting with a warm smile and always whenever she speaks to the patient she ensure to do to give that welcome smile. A special thanks to Dr. Hanan, the dentist, who meticulously cleaned my teeth with great attention to detail. She explained the condition of my teeth and what needed to be done, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Her passion and care made this visit truly exceptional.
