Worst service ever had. They prefer the people who are from their own community.. we waited their for 1 hour and tht 2 lady malayali nurses who were sitting over their giving preferences to the people who were talking to them in their own languages. Very very bad experience from this clinic. Especially from the reception and nurses, first they told me, only two patients is there, one patient is with doctor and other one is waiting, and my appointment is third, so I went for waiting area, its full. I stand for morethan 30 mints, no one cares. Finally next is my turn because the second patient went out because they also get irritated. So next is my turn but they called another patient and sending to doctor room, how they can do like this, we also waiting Morethan 30 mints and its my appointment. Very very bad attitude,worst experience Nurses are very rude.

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Domenic Mathew, he is an experienced doctor who gives excellent treatments.

Worst experience ever, the doctor named Dominic Mathew charged me 125 AED fee as consultation charge, that he did for just 30 seconds hardly by seeing my ear through a camera equipment. Then he charged additional 75 AED for wax removal, which is understandable, but the consulting charge is unfair, he didn't even examine properly for the 125 AED that he took. When I asked in the reception about the excessive bill, they were so rude and didn't even answer properly. Worst experience ever. I regret going there.
I can vouch that Dr.Dominic is one of the best ENT Specialist you can ever find in the UAE. He is a person of few words but he carries with him a bank of trustworthy experience. You are sure to come out of his Salma Clinic very happy and satisfied.
