Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs!nnI honestly don’t even know where to start. I went to this entity for the first time with my pregnant wife for an NT scan, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked the appointment in advance and made sure we arrived 15 minutes early, but we were left waiting for almost THREE HOURS before they even started the process. And this wasn’t even the worst part. We had to constantly ask about the delay, and when we did, the receptionist acted as if they couldn’t care less. Not only did they completely ignore us, but they also laughed at us behind the desk as if it was some sort of joke. The lack of professionalism was appalling.nnThe second time I went for an anomaly scan, I was 45 minutes late (which is totally on me), but when I arrived, they told me to sit down and wait for another HOUR. After waiting, they told me to go home without even performing the scan. No explanation, no apology—just complete indifference and disrespect.nnI’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The staff here are rude, unhelpful, and clearly don't care about their patients. This place should be avoided at all costs. If you're expecting any form of respect or professionalism, don’t bother coming here. I’ll never be returning, and I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go, because this place clearly doesn’t value its customers.

Ms. Midhila was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Kavitha was highly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The entire team showed great care and professionalism. I highly recommend Al Safwa Radiology Center for anyone looking for top-quality service and compassionate care!

The clinic is nice and neat, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Ms. Vanessa in the reception is approachable and friendly, making the visit even more pleasant. Also, Dr. Kavithani is very caring and attentive—she really takes the time to listen and care. Highly recommended!
