The lack of professionalism was appalling.nnThe second time I went for an anomaly scan, I was 45 minutes late (which is totally on me), but when I arrived, they told me to sit down and wait for another HOUR. The clinic is nice and neat, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Ms. Vanessa in the reception is approachable and friendly, making the visit even more pleasant. Also, Dr. Kavithani is very caring and attentive--she really takes the time to listen and care. Highly recommended!
