  I am writing this review after getting 12 sessions of physiotherapy in last one month, I had couple of disc bulges in my neck what were bothering me from last 2 years, I have consulted many doctors in last few years majority of doctors said this is because of my work on computer, I used to get relief on and off but no permanent solution, sports physiotherapist at Al Resalah centre told me that my stomach is acidic and he advised me diet modification with his physiotherapy treatment and I felt way much better and now I feel major issue was my diet not the my work on computer. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who has this types of issues like back and neck pain as medicine gives temporary relief in this I have gone through this. Thanks to Resalah Physiotherapy team.

  While playing football, I got hurt my right knee badly it was paining a lot thats why I visited orhtho doctor. After examination he suggested me some medicine and physiotherapy. I came to Al Resalah physiotherapy and home health care center in sharjah for physio. Thanks to team resala for there wonderful skills and experiance, they managed my case nicely. Highly recommended place for sports injury.

  After suffering a very debilitating lower back injury playing football, I was left with joint inflammation, severe back spasms and 2 compressed nerves. I could not walk, stand, sit or even lay down without intense pain, which took its toll both mentally and physically. My Neuroligist recommended Al Resalah for physiotherapy and I was sceptical this could stop my continuous pain. Al Hamdullah as soon as I entered the center I was put at ease by the level of care and professionslism shown by all members of staff. Dr Ali identified the primary issue and began intense treatment using state of the art technology. I have now completed 7 sessions and the pain has significantly reduced, my mobility and muscle strength have increased and we are now working on the root causes to lower the risk of a recurrence in the future. They are not just qualified but talented at their craft and I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend their services.

  I have back pain with sciatica. I'm familiar with my pain, but I thought I could try seeing a physiotherapist to help me even more. Unfortunately, he made it much worse, and I haven't been able to sleep for two nights now. He triggered my sciatica pain to the maximum. It seems he is just applying a standard procedure that he uses for all his patients, and he recommended that I move less, which is contrary to my doctor's recommendation to move more and stay active. nThey call the physiotherapist a doctor, but he's not, he's a physiotherapist.
