A big compliment to the housekeeping employee Mr Udhaya! He conjured up the cutest animals out of towels with excellent skill!nThe room was perfectly cleaned and decorated, not a single wrinkle on the bed! Perfect !!!nCongratulations on such a friendly, always smiling employee who must really enjoy his work!

Lovely hotel very clean, beds were very comfy. We had a lovely big room overlooking the pool. The buffet was excellent so much choice. All staff were great very friendly and helpful. Udhaya who cleaned our room left it lovely and tidy every day. Only thing missing was no entertainment in the evening, and had to get a cab out as was not in walking distance to anywhere, but cabs were very cheap so not a big problem, but apart from that I would still return.
On our trip to Chennai India, we missed our flight. The airline helped us with a new flight and in the meantime granted us a day pass to Al Raha Beach Hotel. This place is amazing! It is beautiful and the ability to be connected to a shopping mall helped with a few things we immediately needed due to our bags being on the plane we missed. The customer service attention was second to none and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are passing by or if you are a local wanting to get away with the family or that special someone. Enjoy a business lunch at the Sevilla restaurant.Either way, you will be sure to enjoy. A special thank you to the owners/leadership for taking good care of us, We appreciate your hospitality.
