Patient Reviews
I visited Aster Clinic International City and had an overall average experience. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were polite and helpful during registration. The doctor was professional and took time to explain the condition clearly, which was reassuring. However, the waiting time was longer than expected, and the overall process felt slightly slow. While the facilities are good, improving appointment management and reducing waiting time would make the experience much better. Overall, it’s a decent clinic for general consultation, but there is room for improvement in efficiency and patient flow. The myAster app also needs improvement, as I’m unable to view any of my previous lab reports or prescriptions.
We booked an appointment online and arrived at the clinic exactly at the confirmed time. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no appointment in the system and were told to wait. The receptionist provided very poor customer service. He did not make any effort to assist, explain properly, or even maintain basic eye contact. He continued looking at the computer and repeatedly said “you need to wait,” without trying to help or offer a solution. The only explanation given was that it was a “website glitch,” with no apology or accountability. We specifically traveled from Aster Hospital Al Qusais branch because the online system showed an available slot, and we trusted that booking. Customer service seriously needs improvement. Even if there is a technical issue, patients deserve to be acknowledged, spoken to respectfully, and made to feel valued — not ignored while standing at the reception. Very disappointing experience.
⭐ Honest Review of Aster Clinic – Russia Cluster, International City Last month, we had one of the most stressful experiences of our life. My 3-year-old son had a serious finger injury — it was bleeding heavily, and part of the finger was almost cut. We rushed him straight to Aster Clinic for immediate help. But what happened next was disappointing. The clinic told us they couldn’t treat him and asked us to take him to a hospital. No guidance. No support. No clarity on what to do next. As first-time parents dealing with such an emergency, our mind wasn’t even working properly. If the clinic had simply advised us to call an ambulance, it would have saved us so much time and panic. An ambulance team checks hospital doctor availability before taking the patient — something we didn’t know at that moment. Because of this lack of guidance, we ended up going from 2–3 hospitals, only to hear “doctor not available.” Finally, we found a hospital with an available doctor — after almost 4 hours. By that time, both our child and we were emotionally and physically exhausted. I’m sharing this not to blame, but to request: In emergencies, please guide families properly. Even just saying “Call an ambulance, they will check doctor availability for you” would have made a huge difference in our case. Hope no other parent has to go through this confusion during such a painful moment.
Truly pleasant experience. Dr. Kaveri Sharma was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my consultation. Her expertise and warm approach made me feel well cared for. The clinic staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit. I truly appreciate the high standards of service and care provided. Highly recommended!
We have been coming here for the past 9 months, and every visit feels like coming home. The staff welcome us with such warmth and friendliness, making us feel truly cared for. The doctor and nurses are incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive — their compassion makes all the difference
