Today I visited Al Noor Clinic for a diagnosis, and overall, I was quite impressed with the service provided. The clinic was very accessible to my place, I arrived as walk in at 8:30pm, I noticed that the clinic is well-organized, with a clean and welcoming environment that made me feel at ease since some are Filipino's which are my kabayan. nThe medical staff were professional and attentive. Dr. Archie Samson, took the time to listen to my symptoms, asked detailed questions, and conducted a thorough examination. He explained his diagnostic process clearly, which helped me understand the steps involved in identifying my illness. nThe clinic's diagnostic equipment seemed up-to-date compared to my last visit and I appreciated the efficiency with which the tests were conducted. Still waiting after days for the results. nThank you Al Noor Polyclinic for making me feel safe and well taken care of.
