From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable with his warm and professional approach. He thoroughly explained my dental issue and the treatment plan, ensuring I was at ease throughout the process. A special thanks to Nurse Sadia for her excellent assistance and care, which made the entire experience even smoother. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Lukman and his team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

As today's experience 27/10/24 Xray staff was 10/10 excellence and the doctor. But the Reception Melanie at 1pm was so rude and cold on customers. Very unprofessional to answer she talks indian words and she don't answer properly to non indian customers. I feel annoyed to her. She is not for a receptionist job. She only know a word that said many times which is u201cwaitu201d I can rate her to her job at 2/10 on overall. I wish you can have a action on this.

We experienced extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the reception staff at the clinic on October 22 at 11:45 PM. My wife was in pain near her ears, and we requested to see a doctor. However, the receptionist, in a rude manner, kept insisting that the clinic was closed and told us to come back the next day. Despite our request, he completely ignored us. nWhen we insisted, he called the doctor, and to our surprise, the doctor also refused, stating that their time was finished. In my opinion, such behavior is unacceptable, and doctors who disregard a patient's pain and urgency should have their license revoked. nThis incident has left us deeply disappointed with the clinic's lack of compassion and professionalism.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. nThe visited Dr Riyas, he is too good professional, well manner and so kind. nThe facility is modern, clean, and well-organized, making the entire experience seamless.
