I recently visited the clinic and had an excellent experience with the care provided. Dr. Geethu Pai gave me proper attention and medication for my high fever, and her treatment was both effective and reassuring. The nurse assisting her was incredibly kind and helpful, making the overall experience very positive. nI also had a consultation with Dr. Usha in the gynecology department. She displayed remarkable patience while taking my medical history and gave clear, thoughtful advice. Her approach was professional and caring, which I truly appreciated. nSpecial mention to the phlebotomy team--the nurse who drew my blood was gentle and made me feel completely at ease. nI'm very happy with the service at this clinic and highly recommend both Dr. Geethu Pai and Dr. Usha, along with the supportive nursing staff, for their excellent care.

Receptionists are unprofessional and they are unware of insurance procedure. Instead of checking the insurance details they simply says it may cost a lot if insurance is not covered. The front desk staffs are asking each other regarding the procedure . They have a tone of threatening like, we should have enough money after consultation if the insurance is not covered. We are using insurance more that 10 yrs and all other hospitals and clinics clearly check and inform before they proceed. Highly recommend to appoint experienced and well behaving front desk staffs or else pls give them proper customer service training
Dr. Usha Rani - Very rude, arrogant, and egoistic. A perfect example of how a doctor should not be. nMy wife and I consulted her to confirm my wife's first pregnancy. We were so happy and excited, but after meeting her, we felt distressed. She does not know how to communicate with a married couple seeking a first-time pregnancy consultation, especially with a pregnant woman. After speaking with her, we were left feeling worried, and our family felt the same. She is the worst doctor I have ever met in my entire life. nI don't usually write reviews, even when I had bad experiences, but I am writing this one because no one else should have to go through what we have gone through. nApart from this immature doctor the staff and nurses were very nice.
