My daughter got her first vaccine there. It was a great experience. From the reception to the nurses and doctors, everyone was very nice . Thank you very much to everyone

Waited for an hour and when asked, they just told that the system is down and they cannot contact the insurance provider. They could’ve checked it sooner. It’s not even a crowded clinic! They need to improve their service. The waiting area is nice and comfortable though.

Too irresponsible! I can’t believe this! They let us waited for an hour knowing that our baby is with us! This is crazy!!! Even after I talked to them about the situation they still want us to wait an hour/s again! The lady receptionist in the desk Sultan Al Ketbi (Desk 7), she’s the one who accepted us for walk-in and she didn’t inform anyone regarding our booking. Then when I was talking to her about that she always answering me I DON’T KNOW. This is not the proper way how you talk to the patients! Please do something. This is not just a normal check up, this is for our Baby’s vaccine. BE RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!! Grow up guys!

Registration employees good at sitting and chitchatting only. I’ve came here multiple times and this is always the case. They wouldn’t call the ticket number until you go & remind them.

Al Mushrif Clinic was excellent. The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was professional and attentive. Dr. Maryam Al Suwaidi provided exceptional care, demonstrating deep expertise and a genuine concern for her patients’ well-being.
