My visit to the hospital in Al Manama, Ajman, was a very positive experience overall. The staff were incredibly cooperative, making the process smooth and stress-free. I was particularly impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facility was, which reflects their dedication to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. nHowever, I did notice one area that could use some improvement. The kids' play area, while a great initiative, could benefit from having dedicated staff to monitor the children while they play. This would not only ensure the safety of the kids but also provide peace of mind to parents or guardians during their visit. nDespite this, the hospital is a wonderful facility with a lot to offer, and with this small adjustment, it could further enhance its services, especially for families.

Just wanted to share my experience visiting al Manama Clinic Ajman for my daughter vaccination. Today was her last 18 months vaccination the reception was super welcoming and got us registered swiftly. The doctor and nurses were also really friendly and the whole procedure was done quickly. Highly recommend it! From the 3months till the 18th months was excellent. Well done keep up the good work ud83dudc4d
The Best Customer Service Ever - Thank You Madam Badria and Najma!nnI arrived at the clinic on time, only to realize that my appointment was actually booked at a different clinic with a similar name - Al Manaie in Fujairah, not Al Manama. nDespite the mix-up, Madam Badria went above and beyond to help us. She made calls to other patients to check if anyone wasn't attending their appointment, and managed to accommodate us in their slot. nHer support and quick action were truly exceptional. I'm sincerely grateful to both Madam Badria and Najma for their outstanding customer service and kindness. Thank you!
