READ THIS BEFORE DOING LASER HERE:nTerrible experience at this place, one that has left me with permanent skin damage. I did underarm laser here a few months ago. After the first session, I got severe post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This was confirmed by an external dermatologist. The laser technician had used a stronger wavelength laser (Alexandrite) instead of ND YAG which was the suitable one for my skin. There was no discussion with a dermatologist. The technician was calling all the shots and would just gaslight you if you try to contradict her. I went back and forth with them, including their dermatologists and their manager, the main doctor at the clinic. At their advice, I tried all the ointments they told me to and did further sessions which they assured me would fix the issue. Nothing worked. Then they proceeded to gaslight me that this is not because of their laser and the main manager acted like he didn't even know what hyperpigmentation was. They told me they will give a refund if I sign a form absolving them of all responsibility. I refused to sign that. The cost of fixing the skin damage would be in thousands, and may not even be fixed. My skin is permanently damaged. I thought of making a complaint to the DOH but the manager assured me that they would be involving dermatologists in the laser from now on. Imagine my surprise to see a review from 3 weeks ago with a woman mentioning the EXACT same thing happening to her at this centre. Clearly this is a pattern. There are dozens of laser centres in Al Ain. Go somewhere that won't cause permanent skin damage and where technicians don't run the show.
Dr Maram , Dentist was exceptional. The best dental experience I have had. Very professional and dealt with all my requirements. It was a pleasure and highly recommend this clinic and the dental services here.
