The nurses and doctors are so nice but I don't like the fact that I can't book my appointment from seha application and even when you call seha's number they tell you that Al Madina is a separate heath center from them? Can't they just be under one call center and one application to make our life easier? I've been trying to call their number to reschedule my appointment but nobody is picking up.
