Very well organized and clean health center that provides great service. The staff were very helpful and friendly they helped me with my baby's vaccination although I went without pre-booked appointment. It's a 5 star health centeru2b50ufe0f. God bless them all ud83eudd0d

I had a horrible experience at Clinic 15 in Al Madina Medical Center on 11-07-2024 at 8:20 AM. The doctor and nurse were unprofessional and dismissive. They didn't introduce themselves or explain the procedure. They even laughed at my questions about my baby! The nurse rushed through the vaccination and pulled the needle sideways before removing it, causing extreme pain to my baby. To make matters worse, the doctor didn't even conduct the examination because the baby was crying. This level of care is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed.

I did the marriage blood test. The staff were so helpful and respectful. I went without an appointment and it only took 10 minutes. My experience was amazing. Thank you.
I can't speak highly enough of Al Madina health centre. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and [Doctor Mariam was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate entire team, highly recommended especially for pediatric vaccine.
