I seldom write negative reviews but I am truly disappointed. nWent in July to order a set of lenses and provided my insurance details etc and physically saw the staff fill in a form with my eye degree. He said that was all and they will contact me for payment next time via a link and the insurer will take awhile for approval. In my case he told me the ETA was 2 months as I have astigmatism in my order. This was fine. n1 month later I called them back as there was no news and my record was not found anywhere. 1 star was for the lady who was courteous and helped to look for my record even if it's nowhere to be found. Otherwise it will be a 0 star review for disappointment. nTip: please get some record of your order placed even if they had to submit a form for insurance. In my case I have nothing to fall back on as I didn't take any picture or record of the form he filled.

I bought glasses from them on the 3rd of August for approx 7k AED. I found scratches on one of my frames (D&G), I didn't use it as I bought multiple pairs. Later, after 2 weeks, I opened it, and I found some visible scratches . I took it to my nearest branch in AbuDhabi (where I live), and first, the representative tried to get it approved for exchange but got rejected. Scratches were from inside, so there is no chance I will put scratch on it. The company return policy is 7 days, as they said, but the team (especially Fatima) tried again and helped me and comapny accepted my exchange request.
