Had a great experience at Jaber Optical , Naver and the team were all pleasant and professional, I came in with a complaint about my previous glasses and they replaced the lenses free of charge-no fuss. In fact, I ended up walking out with two pair of glasses! That's how good the service and selection were! Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality eyewear anf outstanding customer care.

I recently visited Al Jaber Optical in Ajman just to look around, without any intention of making a purchase. However, Dr. Abid and Mr. Nader offered me a free eye test, and their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so comfortable. Their friendly approach and expert advice actually convinced me to buy glasses, even though I wasn't planning to! Excellent customer service like this is rare, and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eye care and eyewear.
